distutil_destination() fix

numpy.distutils.core.setup used in ContClass.py employs distutils.utils.get_platform() to create the 'goofy' directory name string. Added the same routine to distutil_destination() in utils.py to fix Max OS Version problems with 10.10 ( see https://sourceforge.net/p/pydstool/discussion/472291/thread/bc43594a/). Is expected to work also for older Max OS versions, but should be tested on 10.5,10.6,... ! Maybe the same routine should be also used to set the destdir on linux/windows ?!
