Commit Message

Change config ID format and add id_prefix to API

Move from (N, 'D', M) to ('rN', 'DM') format to encode DD's run
(N=1..), direction (D=s,c), and index (M=1..) concepts; and add
option to prefix it with additional info, e.g., with HDD's
iteration and level concepts. (The prefix option is API-only and
has no CLI counterpart.)
