Use readme for rendering in --pypi-strict mode

I'm doing a Bad Thing and using the internals of the readme library,
instead of its public API (readme.rst.render(...)).  There are reasons
for that:

- I want to support customizable stylesheets
- I need the entire HTML page, not just a fragment

Let's see what happens with this approach.
