- Move all CLI code to a lib module with test coverage (WIP)
- Refactored CLI configuration to ensure arguments map to and override corresponding config file keys, where applicable
- Added default config file keys: `Mirror.addresses` (default: []), `Server.port` (default: 8216), and `Global.logLevel` (default: 3)
- The --dump-config and --save-config CLI commands will now output the generated/aggregated working configuration, instead of the on-disk config file contents
- Additional minor bug fixes as a result of increased test coverage
