Add root certificate to the chatroom example

Update the chatroom example client to connect to "localhost:9090"
instead of ":9090" to make it work in case CA certificate was
installed on the system and InsecureSkipVerify is disabled.
Update the comment on InsecureSkipVerify and mention an alternative
approach.
