Mysql tests are failing on Travis

Due to some quirk in Travis's implementation of OverlayFS, MySQL
was failing to start and all of the MySQL integration tests were
failing. See: https://serverfault.com/a/933179/78765

This is fixed by adding "VOLUME /var/lib/mysql" to the Dockerfile.
