Remove needless unmashaling of params in handler

Pass a json.RawMessage as the argument to a MethodFunc instead of a previously unmarshaled interface object that the MethodFunc would have to remarshal into a type. This introduces a breaking API change and so coincides with a version bump to v4.0.0
