Issue #33. Rewrite CLI and package as ZIP.

Rely on URLClassLoader rather than scripting classpath definition.

 - two basic scripts (shell+batch) taken from appassembler plugin
execution
 - one minified shaded JAR containing the client

Default deploy to Maven Central is disabled in favor of ZIP
deploy. Alas, the whole thing required some hacky configuration of
the loathed maven-antrun-plugin and maven-deploy-plugin.
