feat(menus): update Menu/Select Item indentation and focus based on item hover (#168)

BREAKING CHANGE: There are two breaking changes relating to styling and interaction in the `react-menu` and `react-select` packages.

* Users are now able to focus Menu/Select items by hovering over a menu item
* For `HeaderItem` components that contain an icon, the `containsIcon` prop must now be provided for correct positioning
