Add tests for browser version

1. Add browser-buffer.js for developers
2. add test.html with all tests from https://bitcoincashjs.github.io/ (see console.log)
3. Comment some strings, to prevent throw errors.
4. Add comments in the code. Read this yourself to fix errors.
