p_load_gh family of functions was attempting to ask for permissing to update dependencies per the remotes package's API change (the `upgrade` param of remotes).  This behavior has been changed to "never" ask and assume that if the user allowed the pacman `dependencied` to be TRUE then these dependencies should be installed.
