Unification of the way we set the element we are testing.

I had a headache working with 2 different location when testing.

Indeed, before this patch we had `CONFIGURATION['domain']` for the domain
testing and `CONFIGURATION['URL']` for the url testing.

This patch unify everything inside `CONFIGURATION['to_test']`.

Deletion:
    * Of the ´domain` index from the configuration file
    (and its documentation page).
        * It was really unuseful.
    * Of unnecessary code (e.g PyFunceble.code around line 1000).

Update:
    * Of the version number.
    * Of the configuration documentation.

Introduction:
    * Of the internal `to_test_type` index which allow use to define more
    globally the type of the test (domain or url where domain also imply ip)

Deprecation:
    * Of all versions which are less or equal to `0.114.0`.
