Introduction of more information when testing as an imported module.

This patch introduce a switch which allow us to return more information
to the end-user.

Introduction:
    * Of the `complete` argument for `PyFunceble.test()`.
    * Of a way to return more information about the tested element.
    * Of the (forgotten) internal logic for url testing when PyFunceble is used
    as am imported module.
        * Indeed, it was not possible to correctly test URL befoer this patch.
    * Of the documentation of this patch.

Renaming:
    * Of the `PyFunceble.Core()` argument `domain` to `domain_or_ip_to_test`

Review:
    * Of the way we handle arguments for `PyFunceble.Core()`
        * Indeed, there no need for positional arguments anymore.
    * Of the way we work with `PyFunceble.Core()._entry_management`.

Fix:
    * (critical) issue introduced by previous (recent) commit.
        * Indeed, we need did not handle correctly the way we check
        if we are testing a file.

Update:
    * Of the version number.
    * Of the usage documentation structure and content.
        * Indeed I splited them to avoid having to scroll one year
        for editing.
    * Of the README.rst file.

Deprecation:
    * Of all versions which are less or equal to `0.113.3`.
