Frame/ScopeProvider: Render multiple children

This update enhances the Frame/ScopeProviders to allow them to render
multiple children. If more than one child component is passed, a `div`
wrapper will be rendered. This is essentially a work-around to
React.Fragments, which isn't available in React 15.
