Optimize File Writing

 - Rewrite file writing algorithm – introduce FatTransaction in order to not seek for each next cluster (increase write 100x times)
 - Add StorageOutputStream interface and one implementation backed by array
 - Remove append from StorageFileDescriptor as it was only an implementation of buffered write now replaced by StorageOutputStream
 - File size can now of long type
 - Add benchmark for file write
 - Remove modification timestamps to fit long filesize to header
 - Regenerate metadata test data to conform with removed timestamp
 - Cleanup code – remove unused exceptions and definitions
