feat: Decouple Xform and Submit/Cancel buttons bar

NgXform component does not create a Edit/Save/Cancel button bar anymore, allowing the developer to customize which buttons should be shown below his form, and which action each Button will do.

To keep compatibility with the old NgXform, use NgXformEditSave.

Extra fixes on this commit:
* Fix "Cancel" is not rolling back form edition
* Use an API without query limits on Demo App
