Commit Message

Use CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD to set C++ standard.

This is a bit more robust, as some compilers have different syntax for
how to specify the standard. Drawback is that a higher version of CMake
is required, but it is still not very recent so this should not be a big
issue for most folks.
