Updates to default headers (#3)

* [minor] removing default headers for Content-Type and Accept, as its not necessary to always use application/json as the type. Also added a condition to read plain text response.

* [test] check proper handling with text/plain response.

* [minor] removed withHeaders HOC and default headers

* [fix] content-type check.
