feat(reset-pass): users should be able to reset password reset via email (#19)

- write test for endpoints
- provide structure for error handling
- send url containing password reset token as an email to user
- ensure user cannot use the token again once details have been updated
- include option to generate html presentation of code coverage for better presentation
- update swagger documentation
