Add new MIVS scoring categories (#3341)

* Add new MIVS scoring categories
Fixes https://jira.magfest.net/browse/MAGDEV-295.

* Add rounding for MIVS games' game scores and average scores
Now that the scores themselves are also floats, we can end up with a lot of fractions. The database will store the original number, but for the templates we now round them to one decimal point.
