Upgrade project and infrastructure
- requires node 6+. tested on 6, 8, and 10.
- fixed to work with babel 7 (no returning of value from visitor)
- uses babel 7 to build dist
- simplified eslint config. newer versions have much better defaults.
- uses beta.8 of ava to have a single babel version in node_modules. will upgrade to 1.0 once released.
