Implement Vote caching (#115)

* Cache Vote status

Few changes:

* moved vote getter to VoteableMixin
This was because since comment already used this, I see no reason why submission should not also used this

* _vote now updates the data with the new vote.
- This is so you do not have to re-fetch the data, nor cache it on the developer side
* removed vote getter and moved VoteState enum
* marked likes as depreciated
* updated tests
