* fix: sort languages alphabetically

sorted the languages in the language setting to be sorted alphabetically based on the ISO 639-1 standard

* fix: add new line to display the next row in the table

New line required for more contributors to be visible in the markdown table

* fix: Programmatically sort languages based on name

Programmatically order all the languages based on their names instead of language code.
