Fixed bug in long where it would only ever pack longs as signed Int64, where other platforms use Uint64 for positive longs, signed Int64 for negative longs. msgpack js decided to not support numbers > 32 bits properly, so we have to manage it in code.
Pin spec tck to a commit hash.
