feat(crud): create endpoints for performing CRUD operations for articles (#13)

- Add test suites for article endpoints, including test for pagination.
- Created endpoint for creating, updating, delete, and getting authors articles
- Add pagination to GET articles endpoint
- Updated Swagger api
