Fix WrappedComponent loosing the defaultProps types (#9)

2 changes:

1. `translate().WrappedComponent` was loosing the `static defaultProps` types. (proof that it worked, it caught errors in the tests :P)
2. Extract prettier config to a config file (it makes it easier for editor like VSCode to catch the config automatically)
3. Bump dependencies
