MooX::Types::MooseLike::Base -> Types::Standard + misc - #106

Replaced MooX::Types::MooseLike::Base with Types::Standard - there are
only a few places that use this anyway... Most of the code is still
Moose and using the built-in type system (for now)

Also removed some deprecated code lines, including removal of a use line
for Hash::Diff which is no longer actually being used (and this clears
yet another CPAN dependency)
