Streamlining dev tools

- Using pipenv `[scripts]` there are now shortcuts for the most common tasks
- Task output is much less verbose only showing what is important
- Sphinx tasks now make use of multiple core which should speed things up
- The main test suite is now run on multiple cores with the help of
  `pytest-xdist` which should make things much faster!
