Bunch more fixes to get this further along

* Use array_flatten to flatten result arrays in the quote transformer.
* Use double quotes for strings with \n chars.
* Fix tag classes to set $type property as the first field
  and move getType to the base Token class.
* Removed toJSON methods for now since it wasn't being used.
