Badger Bank Test

- Introduced a disect method which can pick the output of bank, and
identify the first txn which violates the total amount invariant.
- Also output the difference between that version and the versions
before it.
- Output a log of successfully committed transactions, to match up with
the disect output.

- Used these tools to identify a bug in the bank test.
- Fixed a bug in the bank test which was causing the invariant
violation, caused due to moving the money from the same account to the
same account, overwriting the amount.
