Parameters Testing Update

Parameters class:
-updated checkParameters function to ahve a more general check for the
validity of the N_extracted_segments parameter
-updated importParameters function to check for the correct number of
loaded parameters before trying to assign them to the variables

tests:
-added Parameters tests for parameter files that have mispelled 'true'
or 'false' strings
-added Morphology class test for constructor with lattice input that has
invalid params
