Testing Update

General:
-updated documentation
-updated makefile to cleanup testing data text files when calling make
clean

main:
-updated to new version of importTomogramMorphologyFile function
-corrected bug where program was not importing the set of morphologies
genereated from the tomogram data

Lattice class:
-added default parameter values to the Lattice_Params struct
-corrected bug in extractSublattice function where it was incorrectly
throwing an out of range exception

Morphology class:
-updated importTomogramMorphologyFile function to no longer take string
filename inputs and instead deduce the file names from the parameterfile
-removed unneccesary constructor
-moved some parameter checks from importTomogramMorphologyFile function
into the Parameters class
-updated importTomogramMorphologyFile function to throw runtime error
exceptions when there are errors loading the tomogram data instead of
returning an empty vector

Parameters class:
-updated checkParameters function with more parameter check when
importing tomogram data
-upated checkParameters to use '//' delimiter so that paths with a '/'
can be used to define tomogram name

Version class:
-updated constructor function nameplate so that Doxygen does not get
confused between the /h definition and the .cpp implementaiton

tests:
-added test tomogram data
-added Morphology class tests for importing tomogram test data
-updated all file output and input to use the test dir instead of the
working dir
