fix(jsonresume-theme): Get this working on my local `theme-manager`.

While I'm in here also fiddle about with how we handle `RESUME_STYLES_PATH` and `PRINTABLE_TEMPLATE_PATH`. Pass these in at compile time to hard code the relative path to the assets.

In retrospect, I probably should've just pulled in `@babel/register` instead of going through this nightmare – I still don't totally understand why `pug` didn't webpack properly (v0.39.x), but I'll go with what I've got now – webpack defers to `node` builtins, and just not webpacking `pug`.

Feels good to be in front of a working computer again – seems to work locally, let's see if it works in `prd`.
