Component tweaks and enhancements for Chat (#356)

* Adjustments to Avatar, StatusAvatar, and other Chat components

This update provides visual adjustments to a handful of Chat relate
Components, such as `Avatar`, `StatusAvatar`, `StatusDot`, `Message.Action`,
`Message.Bubble`, and `Text.

`@helpscout/react-utils` has also been bumped to the latest `1.0.1`, which
improves it's `getValidProps` check

* Refactor and fix up tests
