Update automated testing  (#284)

.travis.yml 

* prevent automatic merge of pull requests
* push only on first job of build and not on the others, because the subsequent pushes will fail
* install modules via cpan without nodeps
* Added upload of cover report to coveralls 
* set tested perl versions to newest, oldest and the version which ships on an raspberry pi

98_unittest.pm
* run tests automaticalliy if initialisation of fhem is already done
* Added log marker to declare start and end of test
* print test results to additional to fhem logfile
* suspress prototype mismatch warnings

test-runner.sh
* Created a small runner, that adds unittest from textfiles to running fhem and checks the result of the test

test/test3-definition.txt
small fixes of this test

Makefile
* Updated makefile so test_runner will be started
* copy 98_unittest.pm to fhem dir
* better kill and kill as sudo
* run tests with generation of cover report via Devel::Cover
