Remove Easy Coding Standard

Easy Coding Standard keeps breaking the build with the error:

    Class 'Symplify\PackageBuilder\DependencyInjection\CompilerPass\AutowireDefaultCompilerPass' not found

Searching for a solution did not yield results and as such I have decided to
remove this service as it is more important that the build succeeds.
