closes #2: rewrote profit / loss calculation to work with trades

- re-implemented BalanceQueue to work with trades
- removed MultiCurrencyBalanceQueue (now integrated with BalanceQueue)
- introduced TradeCreator to facilitate unit testing
- renamed "tax amount" to "converted amount" for clarity
- renamed "revenue" to "proceeds" for clarity
- removed old profit / loss calculation code
- introduced normalization / removal of Decimal exponent for better output / debugging
- moved resources to dedicated directory
- minor cleanups / comments
