feat: support inserts/updates with raw sql

For example:

```js
Model.insert({ foo: Model.query.sql(`lower('FOO')`) });
Model.update({ id: 1, foo: Model.query.sql(`lower('FOO')`) });
```

**Field:** For raw sql values:

- all validators are bypassed except *required* and *validate*
  (custom validate functions). For custom validate functions, the
  raw sql is passed to the function
- pre-save cast functions will still be passed the raw sql value
