perf: add benchmark support

This commit adds support for benchmarks.
For each directory inside `benchmarks`, it measures the performance to
merge the V8 coverages inside.
This initial commit only contains V8 coverages from `yargs@12.0.2`.

Example result:
```
yargs@12.0.2 x 23.11 ops/sec ±4.21% (42 runs sampled)
```
