Added modules for storage groups, attachments, and volumes

Details:

* Added a new module 'zhmc_storage_group' that manages a storage group.

* Added a new module 'zhmc_storage_group_attachment' that manages the attachment
  of a storage group to/from a partition.

* Added a new module 'zhmc_storage_volume' that manages a storage volume.

* Added new playbooks:
  - facts_storage_group.yml
  - create_storage_group.yml
  - delete_storage_group.yml
  - attach_storage_group.yml
  - detach_storage_group.yml
  - facts_storage_volume.yml
  - create_storage_volume.yml
  - delete_storage_volume.yml
  - create_partition_sg.yml

* Changed dependency to zhmcclient package to pull it from its master
branch, for the time being (until its 0.20.0 is released).

* Generalized the description of the internal function
`utils.process_normal_property()` to no longer be specific to just
  partitions.
