Reorganized tests related to quantity queries

This had stayed half of the way when the quantity() method moved from
the former Location to the Wms namespace.

Also introduced more direct tests for flatten_containers_subquery
so that coverage of core.physobj stays at 100% (better for later debugging and
refactors, too)

Also started test_wms to host test_create_root_container_wrong_type
which had nothing to do in test_containers.
