Merge branch 'classy_exceptions'

Motivation:
Implement a flexible mapping between classes of semantic Exceptions and
the error messages produced.

Changelog:
* Encapsulate position formatting inside ast.Node.
* Add a base class for all node-related semantic errors, ast.NodeError.
* Derive symbol.SymbolError and type.InvalidTypeError from that class,
  unifying the error hierachy.
* Specialize error messages for each Exception.
