1.5.0 Release

This commit signifies the 1.5.0 release. This release brings the following improvments.

The npm module has been reduced around 93% from 2.2mb to ~800kb

The documentation and examples have been refactored and enhanced.

The client’s request handlers have been refactored to better handle error responses.

Validation have been implemented on the server url to prevent a client being created with an unusable server url.
