Adds Dependent Variable Caching

Hypnos how supports per-resource caches that are by default enabled on
read and list requests. This caching greatly reduces the number of
requests made during a Hypnos-Application's startup time.

Caching is disabled by default to preserve compatibility but can be
easily enabled by specifying a `cacheConfig` property in the Hypnos
configuration.

Models with dependents can be configured to tell Hypnos to clear their
related caches during a request using the model's `__dependents__`
property.

Breaking Changes
----------------

The API for Hypnos Client has been slightly altered to improve
readablilty but this is a breaking change. Overall the project is moving
towards named object parameters since JS support for normal named params
is lacking immensly.

Additional Changes
------------------

- Testing was finally formalized and coverage/CI has been enabled for
this project.
- The project is ~78% tested.
- Lots of new documentation has been added.
