Testing Update

-updated documentation

tests:
-added tests of the executeMixing function to make sure that it
increases the interfacial metrics without largely affecting the domain
size
-added test of anisotropic phase separation in the x- and y-directions
-added interfacial metrics tests on simple bilayer and checkerboard
morphologies to verify output on a known system

Morphology class:
-added a createBilayer function to create a simple bilayer for testing
-updated calculateAnisotropy function to remove checks for a minimum in
the correlation function data when using the 1/e method since there
should never be a minimum before reaching the 1/e value
-updated the createCheckerboardMorphology to clear the existing site
type counts data before making the morphology
-reefactored the isNearInterface function to make it more clear and
possible a bit faster
