unix: Add a way to "freeze" testsuite into the executable and run it such

This is a generalization of functionality previously available in qemu-arm
and zephyr ports. It's proposed to call such a feature "frozen testsuite",
following existing "frozen modules" and "frozen bytecode".

The motivation is similar to the above mentioned ports: while unix port
definitely has access to filesystem, providing access to hundreds of
test files may be cumersome or impossible (e.f. filesystem size limitation)
for small, embedded platforms.

Implementing print() output capture for unix port required some hacking
on the level of py/streams.c.
