Adds k8s deployment to Travis config + adds Dockerfile (#11)

* Adds a Dockerfile for building the GMX Docker image.

* Adds deploy section to Travis config, along with supporting scripts to set up kubectl and deploy GMX.

* Adds missing cluster name arg to args list to kubectl.sh.

* Changes the temporary GMX webhook secret file name to match the one that kubectl is looking for.

* Removes the -d flag from go-get, which was used in development and mistakenly made it into a commit.

* Prefix a fatal log message with ERROR:, consistent with other logs messages.
