fix issues with last release for typescript bindings and extras (#112)

* expose type for spotify web api object

* update bindings to reflect v1.1.0 release removing userId from playlist URIs

* update createPlaylist to remove userId from signature and URI as per new spotify URIs

* add package-lock

* update seed_artists, seed_genres and seed_tracks types to allow an array of strings, add missing props to DeviceSpecificParameterObject type, add search method to types

* add search method to client types
