fix(listoflinks): collapse trivial list-of-links to basic type widget (#827)

* feat(examples): add localhost example one-redundant-link list-of-links

Add a localhost example of a list-of-links widget with a single link redundant with the widget's alternativeMaximizedUrl.

* feat(examples): organize list-of-links examples into section
* feat(listoflinks): collapse trivial single-link list-of-links in partial
* refactor(listoflinks): use basic-widget directive in zero links case
* fix(listoflinks): never collapse in multiple link case

not even if the first link is redundant with the overall widget link

* refactor(listoflinks): rm redundant controller collapse to basic

partial now handles, so don't need to do this in controller

* docs(changelog): note 827 fixes list-of-links collapsing to basic

* docs: reword away from a needless MyUW reference

Try to make the docs applicable beyond MyUW.

* docs(listoflinks): document the collapse-trivial-single-links feature
