Fix defect in the client implementation interface

Fix a design defect in the webwire-go client implementation interface
by passing a message interface to the OnSignal hook method instead of
a Payload interface, because this way specific message metadata such
as the message name, can be accessed in the OnSignal hook of the
client interface implementation which wasn't possible with the
payload interface before.
